Stephanie Samuels is an artist and a chef who believes that a cake should not only be a work of art, but delicious, too.
From wedding cakes to special occasion cakes, she captures the personalities and desires of her clients. Each cake is developed as a one of a kind creation.
Stephanie and her designs have appeared on three Food Network shows (Recipe For Success, Sugar Rush, and Unwrapped) as well as locally on Channel 7 News. She has been featured in numerous publications, including the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Magazine, Elle, Restaurants & Institutions, Chocolatier and Food Arts.
Working as a food stylist for many years, Stephanie continued on working professionally as a pastry chef and restaurant consultant for over 15 years. In that time she had the pleasure of producing unique, whimsical, elegant and delicious cakes for hundreds of clients. They keep coming back, and she continues to delight them.
Stephanie operates a café in Chicago, called Angel Food Bakery, serving morning commuter favorites, breakfast, lunch, and Sunday Brunch, as well as exceptional baked goods.
